Download eM Client for free and import all your Postbox data via a built-in importer tool.
eM Client is a user-friendly and feature-rich desktop email client for both Windows and macOS. Not only will you be able to work with your emails, eM Client will bring your email communication to a higher, more sophisticated level.
Follow these instructions and have things running within minutes:
Download eM Client from our website and run the installer.
When you first run eM Client a Welcome wizard will pop up, letting you pick and choose which of the modern features you want to use.
The next step is the import from apps detected in your system. With Postbox installed, you will be able to select it here. Click Next.
Select which accounts you want to import. You can also import compatible settings and rules. Click Finish.
For some accounts eM Client can support additional services and features. If such configuration is found, you will get the option to switch to it. You can of course reject these additional services by unchecking them if you don’t want to add them. Click Finish to start the actual import.
If you import Google, Microsoft or Yahoo accounts that require secure oAuth login, you might see a red triangle show up next to the Refresh button. Click it and use the “Authorize” button to allow eM Client to synchronize your accounts.

You can now access your Postbox emails and data and work with them in eM Client.
