with eM Client and MS Teams

eM Client is a desktop email client with extensive support for MS Teams and online meetings.

Online meetings in one click

To start your Online Meeting right away, simply click the arrow within the +New button, select Online Meeting and pick MS Teams from the provider list. eM Client will instantly create an online meeting room within MS Teams.
There are also three ways to set a scheduled online meeting: you can either click the arrow within the +New button and select Event, or go to Calendar and click the +New button, or simply double click on a free space in your Calendar.

Go to Menu > Settings > Online Meetings > General, where you simply click the Add button and select MS Teams from the online meeting service provider list.
You will be prompted to sign into your MS Teams account with your standard login credentials for the service.
Then you need to accept the permissions for eM Client.
Your MS Teams account is successfully connected with eM Client.

Note: The type of the Online Meeting account you get is decided by Microsoft during the setup - if you use a free MS account you might get a Skype account set up instead of MS Teams. We cannot change which account is selected as this information is given by Microsoft during the OAuth setup.
