SmarterMail is a Windows mail collaboration and live chat server. eM Client can be used in place of or in conjunction with the SmarterMail web interface. eM Client works seamlessly with SmarterMail to sync emails, contacts, calendars, and tasks and allows access to SmarterMail's instant messaging to offer real-time communication.

Learn how to setup eM Client with SmarterMail step by step.

Open the account settings via Menu > Accounts.
Click the "+ Add account" button to open the New Account window. The account wizard window will appear. Now simply enter your SmarterMail email address and confirm.
Enter the name under which the account should be displayed and click Next.
Set up encryption for your messages or skip this step. Find out more about PGP here.
Now you can choose your account avatar and what services you want to use in eM Client and click 'Finish' to start using eM Client with your SmarterMail account.
